We want more from the family photography experience, don’t we?
And before you ask, yes… I’ve been there.
Before I was a photographer, I was a mom wanting amazing images to show off my sweet, perfect little girl…with no idea where to begin.
I’ve scrolled Pinterest trying to piece together outfits with zero direction from my photographer, only to show up and get some side eye for my efforts.
I’ve been there struggling through a session with a photographer giving too little (or heck… too much!) direction.
I’ve also watched as a photographer gets increasingly frustrated with my toddler’s lack of flawless cooperation as I stand helplessly by.
Then once the gallery comes in, there’s an overwhelming number of similar images that take me weeks to comb through to pick favorites, let alone frame images.
When you work with us, you’ll experience:
-A style guide with corresponding Pinterest board including my favorite shops, as well as access to my personal cell number so you’ll be able to plan your session with a professional by your side.
-The day of your session, we’ll love on your family like you were ours - including a few tricks up our sleeves for your sweet toddler!
-We’ll go through our goldilocks approach to posing… we’ll direct you into comfortable enough posing that you won’t question where your hands should be, but we’ll avoid the “chin up…up…up…no, down a little…now hold it right there!” conversation.
-After your session, we’ll have a reveal appointment (via Zoom for my non-local families) where you’ll see your gallery of only the best images, including your family smiling naturally at the camera as well as interacting sweetly.
-During this appointment, you’ll choose your favorite images… then we’ll design beautiful, heirloom artwork that you’ll soon get to hold in your hands to keep forever!
