Newborn
When should we book a session?
Booking as soon as you’ve decided on a session is highly recommended as my schedule begins to book out at least 4 months in advance. I will, however, always do my best to accommodate last minute scheduling when possible!
What time of the day will the session take place?
For most outdoor sessions, I like to begin 1-1.5 hours before sunset. Newborn and indoor sessions take place mid-morning.
What should we wear?
When you book your session with me, I will provide you with a style guide and will personally collaborate with you to design a timeless session you’ll love for years to come!
What do we do if it rains?
I do my best to schedule each session with a rain date in mind. If you are visiting the area, I try to schedule towards the beginning of your trip to ensure a rain date if necessary. During the summer, be prepared for it to rain the day of your session- afternoon storms are nearly a daily occurrence in Florida and clear out by evening.
When is payment due?
Your creative fee is due at the time of booking. All digital files and artwork payments are due at the time of your reveal appointment.

Do you offer mini sessions?
I offer limited dates and times for mini sessions. Contact me for details.
Can you travel?
I love to travel and have photographed in various areas across the country. I would be honored to talk to you about the details of traveling for your session!
Where will the session take place?
Your newborn session will take place either on location, in the comfort of your home, or in studio.
What age should my baby be for the session?
The best time to plan your session is when your baby is between 1-3 weeks old.
Do we need to have props ready?
My style of newborn photography focuses on the unique details of your baby and the connection between your family. No props are necessary unless you have something with sentimental value that you would like included. I will bring everything necessary to create beautiful, timeless images of your newborn.

When should I schedule my session?
I recommend reaching out to reserve your session at least 2 months before your baby is due as I take a limited number of newborns per month. Because of the nature of due dates, we won’t be able to pinpoint a date right away (unless you have a scheduled cesarean), but can schedule a date once your bundle of joy arrives!
Do you offer a baby plan?
I do! The First Year Collective includes your choice of three or four sessions in the span of 18 months, either birth announcements or Christmas cards (that I address and send for you so you don’t have to worry about a thing 😉), an artwork credit per session, and a discounted fee for digital images.
